LACTATION, conception & BIRTH support
Welcome! I’m a lactation specialist and full-spectrum doula based in Brooklyn, NY specializing in inclusive conception, birth and feeding. I believe that
every person deserves to be supported and uplifted in conception, birth and feeding, whether or not that journey leads them to become a parent,
and regardless of the path they take to get there, the choices they make, their gender, sex characteristics, disability, family make-up, income, or body size.
I’m certified as an integrative lactation and feeding specialist (Manhattan Birth), trained as a lactation pro (Go Milk Yourself),
certified as a full-spectrum doula (BADT), certified as a full-spectrum virtual doula (Ancient Song) and trained as a birth and postpartum doula (DONA).
ASSISTANCE TO clients
I support clients on their journeys towards and into parenthood during the conception, birth and postpartum periods, both virtually and in-person. I’m committed to uplifting all families, however large or small, and will support any path you choose to take to build your family.
ASSISTANCE TO PRACTITIONERS
Building a business that’s inclusive of all types of families is a journey involving learning, un-learning, challenging assumptions and unconscious biases, and discovering the different ways that others move through the world. I work with birthworkers, doulas and other perinatal practitioners to help them ensure the assistance and resources they’re providing are welcoming and inclusive of queer and intersex people.
